This is the 34th Anniversary CCCC Century Ride, with terrific routes like last year's, but with an updated 100 mile route. There are four distance options: 32, 53, 68, and 100 mile routes beginning and ending at Waterford Union High School. Many quiet country roads, with some rolling hills. Shady lanes. Dairy air!

Full-service rest stop every 16-25 miles on all routes. Four rest stops on the 100 mile route. Great food, home-baked goods. Full SAG support. Post-ride showers, pasta dinner, ice cream, and beverages at Waterford Union High School.

Adult Registration Fee is $30 through August 20, or $35 after August 20. Go to the CCCC website at http://www.creamcitycycleclub.com for more information or sign-up on active.com. Look for Nordics on the route!
