Games, food, camaraderie, and a chance to review the 55th Nordic Ski Club anniversary slide show will be part of our summer picnic. We'll gather on the last Saturday afternoon in June. Several people who attended the April 26 club anniversary banquet said they did not have time to view the show featuring 55 years of Nordic Ski Club of Milwaukee activities. So this is your chance to view the 35-minute show and reminisce with others about ski trips and other events. We will meet in Pewaukee in Wagner Park, situated between Pewaukee Rd. and County Hwy F.

Pewaukee resident Cathy Ward has reserved us an indoor building (in case of rain) with electricity, restrooms, and good parking. This is a potluck. Please arrive by 1PM if you can as we hope to eat shortly after that.  Text Elly to let us know what you’re thinking of bringing—so we don’t end up with all salads or all desserts. Beer, wine and seltzer are allowed in the park. We’re looking for help with the following:

* Someone who’s willing to grill picnic food and bring a grill.

* People who’d like to bring games (outdoor or indoor).

* Volunteers to help us clean up (we must take out all garbage and clean the facility).

* What: NSCM potluck picnic

* When: Saturday, June 27, 1:00 -5:00 pm  (food will be set out ~1PM)

* Where: Wagner Park, N31W23320 Green Rd., Pewaukee, WI. 

* What to bring: a dish or appetizer to share and your own beverages, dishes & utensils.
